The package contains small parts. Some of them are not good enough 
attached/secured so you better be careful since some of them can fall out on the floor.
Assembly instructions.
The bed comes in a large box. It is folded up. You just need to get it out of the box which is probably the most difficult part. But if you are with your buddy, the whole assembling process takes literally few minutes.
- Raise the frame into vertical position and with a help of your partner you can open the frame.
- Now you want to stabilize the bed since it is standing on the “edge” of frame. You can pull the headboard. That is done by kind of rotation move. Same thing with the foot-board.
- Now it is time to carefully lay down the frame on its legs. Put the support bolts into the frame 2 on headboard side, 2 on foot-board side to secure both boards by Allen wrench.
- Then insert the finial knobs – 2 on foot-board, 2 on headboard.

To give you an overall review here are some downsides you want to know.
There is a lack of the lip at the frame. On top of it, the metal is so polished that your mattress can slide around.
Therefore it is suggested to use the non-slip rug (or mattress gripper) under the mattress, to avoid the undesirable sliding.
Please also check the welds after like 6 months of use. If you spot that the welds are breaking, go contact the customer support. You have 5-year manufacturer warranty.
In minor cases there have been some complains about little noise, but mostly during adult activities. Should this be your case, please check all the screws. They must be tightened as much as possible.
Also watch out for the middle support leg when you approach the bed from the side. You can really get your feet hurt.
Other than that this Bed Frame is great option and the prices ranges from $110 for Twin Size to $250 for King Size. White one is bit cheaper.
